About Us

We are a very active society with over 150 members. The committee work actively to promote the interest of growers, gardeners, flower arrangers as well as the involvement of children. We hold three shows a year - Spring, Summer and Autumn, which provide a wonderful show of flowers, plants, vegetables, floral art, handicrafts, cookery and more. The shows are generally well attended and all members of the public are very welcome.

We also arrange outings, trips and other social events, which are generally for the benefit of the members, though we do welcome non-members to many of these events.
